The collected data is used exclusively for analysing and enhancing the Heylper service. It helps us understand user interactions, improve the service, and provide a seamless experience. Heylper for Frontline Operations Teams does not collect any data.

SMS notifications

Heylper responds with text messages only to text messages sent by users. Heylper uses a one-time password sent by text to verify a user's phone number before providing any additional details on the web that the user requests. The OTP is sent only after receiving the user's consent.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not disclose any information to third-party services or companies.

Storage and security

We implement security measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, alteration, and destruction. Users can delete any logs they have shared with Heylper at any point.

• Deletion. You can request the deletion of any data you have shared with us.

Children's privacy

Heylper is not designed for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age.
